 "licenseInfo": "The AVA boundary data is available for purchase from VESTRA Resources, Inc, The rate for commercial, non-profit, and government organizations is $5,000 for an annual license. A. LICENSE 1. VESTRA retains ownership of the copies of the Files licensed hereunder. VESTRA hereby grants and Licensee hereby accepts the nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the licensed number of copies of the Files. Licensee agrees to use reasonable effort to protect the Files from unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or publication. 2. Permitted Uses: a. Licensee may install Files onto permanent storage device(s). b. Licensee may make one (1) copy of the original Files for archival purposes unless the right to make additional copies is granted to Licensee in writing by VESTRA. 3. Prohibited Uses: a. Licensee shall not use Files to produce maps for resale or other distribution, without express written permission from VESTRA, which may be withheld in VESTRA\u2019s sole discretion. b.
